Santo Daime is a spiritual practice founded in the Amazonian regions of Brazil that incorporates the use of "Ayahuasca", a hallucinogenic plant commonly used in indigenous South American shamanism rituals. Ceremonies, known as "trabalhos", last several hours and is said to be a process of physical, emotional and spiritual cleansing.
